DAY
01
Arrive in Colombo, then proceed to Negombo. You can relax at the beach or pool. Stay in Negombo overnight

When you get to Bandaranaike International Airport, meet your private guide and drive to Negombo, a coastal town famous for its golden beaches and quaint fishing villages. Take it easy by the beach or pool in the afternoon, and then have a relaxing evening while your family settles into your hotel.

Visit the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, then go to Kandy. In the evening, go around Kandy Lake. Stay the night in Kandy

Go to Pinnawala to see the renowned Elephant Orphanage. Along the river, you can see the elephants being fed and bathed, an experience both kids and adults love. Go on to Kandy and have a leisurely evening walk around Kandy Lake, enjoying the city’s peaceful atmosphere before bed.

The Temple of the Tooth Relic, the Peradeniya Botanical Gardens, and an optional workshop for kids. Spend the night in Kandy

Discover Kandy’s spiritual and natural attractions. Visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic to learn about its long history, then stroll through the Peradeniya Botanical Gardens to admire colorful flora. Families may choose a fun craft or cookery course suitable for kids.

Drive to Sigiriya, climb Sigiriya Rock Fortress, and go through the village. Stay the night in Sigiriya

Visit the Cultural Triangle and climb the UNESCO-listed Sigiriya Rock Fortress to enjoy panoramic views and see ancient frescoes. In the afternoon, take a family-friendly rural trek, interact with residents, and learn about traditional Sri Lankan life.

Visit the Dambulla Cave Temple and the Spice Garden in Matale. Optional interactive cooking class. Stay the night in Sigiriya

Explore the Dambulla Cave Temple and marvel at ancient paintings and statues. Visit a local spice garden in Matale to smell and taste Sri Lanka’s fragrant spices. Families may participate in an optional interactive cooking demonstration to learn traditional Sri Lankan recipes.

Go to Bentota or Unawatuna for a day at the beach. Optional visit to a turtle hatchery. Stay the night in Bentota or Unawatuna

Spend a day on the southern shore enjoying sun and sea. Build sandcastles, snorkel, or try water sports. You may also visit a turtle hatchery to learn about conservation and see baby turtles before returning to your beach resort for a relaxed evening.

Private ride to Colombo Airport; optional stop at Galle Fort; departure

On the last day, return to Colombo. Families may stop at Galle Fort to explore its historic streets and shops before heading to the airport for departure, taking home lasting memories of a fun family trip.
