01
Arrive in Colombo, then drive to Bentota. In the evening, meditate on the beach. Stay in Bentota overnight.

Get to Sri Lanka and drive down the coast to Bentota. As the sun sets, choose a peaceful spot on the beach and start your trip with a light mindfulness or beach meditation session.

Yoga and wellness in Bentota, a river or mangrove experience, and an overnight stay in Bentota

Start your day with yoga and breathing exercises that are led by someone else. Before spending the afternoon at the spa and getting Ayurvedic health treatments, you may go on an eco-friendly river safari or walk through the mangroves.

Go to Galle, see the heritage, and meditate at sunset. Stay the night in Galle.

Go south to the old town of Galle and walk around its fort streets, colonial buildings, and tranquil courtyards. Finish the day with a guided meditation at sunset by the sea.

Move to Unawatuna and do beach yoga and explore the reef. Stay the night in Unawatuna

Do yoga by the water in the morning, then go snorkeling or exploring the reef in a safe way. Ayurvedic spa services and healthy food are only available in the afternoon.

Go to Hiriketiya / Ocean-Based Mindfulness / Stay the night at Hiriketiya

Go on to Hiriketiya and join a mild surf or paddleboard session that is led by mindfulness methods. Take some time to explore the calm seaside pathways and woodland coves.

Meditation and wellness in the forest; sleep at Hiriketiya

Start the day with a guided meditation in the forest, then go for a calm environmental stroll along the shore. The afternoon is all about herbal remedies and holistic spa treatments that let you relax deeply.

Move to Ella, go on a walk around the tea estate, and have a wellness session. Stay in Ella for the night.

Go inland to Ella and have a mindful stroll amid tea plantations. Enjoy a session of refreshment in the cold mountain air that may include yoga, herbal wraps, or spa treatments.

Hike and meditate at sunrise; stay the night in Ella.

Go on a trek to Little Adam’s Peak in the early morning with guided breathing and grounding techniques. You may spend the rest of the day resting, going to wellness courses, or just thinking quietly while looking at the mountains.

Leave and drive to Colombo

Leave Ella and go back to Colombo along beautiful highland routes. You might choose to stop at eco villages or herbal gardens before you leave.
